- The right to build the mosque is covered under the First Amendment, the 14th Amendment isn't popular among todays Republicans either. It seems as though the 2nd and 10th are the only "GOP" approved amendments... (depending on the political climate of the day of course).

Thank U for the article on Carter, I am a 70's child myself. He is the 1st president I vaguely remember. The only thing I remember about the Ford - Carter election was liking Ford because he reminded me of my Grandpa.
4 years later in my suspicious teens, I could not get past the Reagan inauguration without thinking that the hostages coming home was awfully convenient for the new prez.

Ken Pac...you're very vocal in this forum and I have backed many of your comments and would love others to view my comments, educating conservatists; however, my comments do not appear or are removed...why?

Do you think Newsvine is discriminating and weeding out Obama supporter comments? Sure looks like it.
I can honestly say that I have not been anywhere near as abusive as other comments I have read and their's still appear.

I want to get my voice out there in support of the Obama candidate, but don't feel as though I'm getting a fair shake.

Your thoughts? Watch, you probably won't get this comment....hmmmm.
